MUJI Online Return Policy

Merchandise, which purchased from http://www.muji.us/store/ only, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with an original packing invoice.

The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and in the original packaging.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased on markdown are considered final sale. FINAL SALE items also include but are not limited to the following:
Personal care/used items, tableware, kitchenware, health and beauty items, bedding, and innerwear.
Unworn clothing with tags and receipt can be returned and exchanged.

Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail offered by FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of this invoice, and send to:

Unfortunately, MUJI Online store purchases cannot be returned to MUJI retail store locations.
Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges.

Please report any visible damages and discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our online store if you do not receive the package within ten business days.

MUJI U.S.A Limited (hereinafter MUJI) reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise.

MUJI reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
