What is the in-store pick up service?
The in-store pick up service allows customers to purchase items online and pick up in selected physical stores. MUJI is always searching for ways to improve our services and present the best shopping experiences to our customers. The introduction of this service allows busy local shoppers to simply drop by the store and pick up the package without additional shopping time.

How do I purchase a product to pick up in stores?
You can check if the product of interest is eligible for pickup by looking at the individual product page, or simply selecting the pick up option in the shopping cart before check out. Please note that all products in a cart must be eligible for in-store pick up to select this option.
What is the lead time for pick up?
Your package will be ready for pickup in 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday) after the purchase. You will receive a pickup reminder email when your package is ready. Once the notification e-mail is sent, you will have 7 days to pick up the package. If the package is not picked up within this timeframe, your order will automatically be canceled and the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
What do I need to bring when picking up the package?
In order to pick up your package, please bring a valid government-approved photo ID. The package can only be picked up by the original customer who completed the purchase online. Please ensure you have all information with you before picking up at our stores.
What is your return policy?
The In-Store Pick Up Service follows the same return policies as any of our stores. Products of return must be purchased within 30 days and be in its original packaging. Click here for details on our return policies.
How do I make a return?
You can either mail the product to our warehouse (indicated on your invoice with a trackable delivery service) or return the item to the original pickup store with a copy of your order confirmation. Once the returned product has been received at our warehouse, our returns department will check the condition of the product and process the refund to the original payment method. This process will take approximately 7-10 business days after the package arrival.
How do I make an exchange?
You can either mail the product to our warehouse (indicated on your invoice with a trackable delivery service) with a note for the desired exchanged size/color, or return to the original pickup store with a copy of your order confirmation. Exchanges are only applicable on products of equal value.
