Beloved summer pants

"I bought these to match with the seersucker shirt I bought from Muji last summer, which I know to be amazingly light — an almost-unique fabric, perfect for hot, humid summers. These pants are slightly different than last year’s fabric in appearance (or maybe I just haven’t put them through the wash a few times yet, as I have the shirt) but they are PERFECT. Extremely lightweight, comfortable both outdoors in the humid heat and inside where the air conditioning in my building is way too cold. I’m ~5’6” and they fit great length-wise, so expect a crop ankle (like the photo) if you are taller. I wish they hadn’t immediately sold out in black, or that they had a white/cream color too (and more matching shirts! I would love to buy another of the one I got last year!)."
