GENERAL 30 DAY POLICY

'Tis the season for gift giving! To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we've updated our online return policy for the holiday season.

For all online purchases made between Monday, December 9th, 2024 – December 31st, 2024, returns will be accepted through January 31st, 2025. We hope this ensures your gift this holiday season is perfect.

Merchandise purchased online at muji.us can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging, unused with original tag.

Customers must notify Customer Support at help@muji.com within 7 days of arrival if a package is found with missing merchandise, visible damages or defects for a full refund.

Exchanges are unavailable for online purchases. If you prefer items in another color or size, you may return your items and contact Customer Support at help@muji.com or leave a message on our contact form to assist with a new online purchase with discounts/promotions honored from the original order.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. The refund process can take 7-10 business days upon package arrival to our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email notification about your return/exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The product must be unopened in original packaging, with the product tag attached and in resellable condition.

The products listed below, but not limited, are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return/exchange.  Please refer to the product page for all final sale indications before purchasing.

Final sale items:

  • Furniture (bed frames, mattresses, sofas, body fit cushions, etc.)
  • Soft Goods (bedding, duvets, blankets, towels, etc.)
  • Innerwear (bras, underwear, etc)
  • Food & Beverage
  • Embroidered or laser engraved items
  • Gift Cards
  • Exchanged Items
  • Clearance Items

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

Online orders placed at MUJI.us are eligible for return by mail within 30 days of delivery.

Orders delivered to USA addresses can generate a free return label here: PRINT RETURN LABEL

Orders delivered internationally to addresses outside of the USA can be returned at your own cost to our warehouse in New Jersey. We do not offer prepaid return labels for International orders at this time. Please note that International orders cannot be returned to any MUJI USA & Canada location, and are ineligible for exchange. Read more about our International Shipping FAQs.

A copy of the packing slip/invoice must be included with your return package. Please send your return package to:

*Any non-MUJI product sent back to our return center will be disposed. MUJI is not liable to ship back/replace Non-MUJI items.

RETURN IN STORE

Orders placed at MUJI.us for delivery in the USA can be returned in-store to any MUJI USA location under the following conditions:

  • Item is eligible under our Return Policy
  • You must bring a copy of your invoice/packing slip during your visit

International orders are ineligible for return or exchange to MUJI USA & Canada store locations. Read more about our International Shipping FAQs.

All refunds are processed by our team and not directly within the store. All refunds will go back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be issued. You will receive a refund notification once processed. It may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect your financial statement, based on your card issuer's processing times.

Exchange requests will be processed as an online return and new purchase in-store with discounts/promotions honored from the original order.
