These chips have a crispy texture, achieved by baking them in the oven before frying. They are made with rice produced in Japan.

Freshly cooked rice is loosened, shaped, sliced one by one, and baked in the oven. After drying for several days, it is deep-fried at the end to give it a crispy texture. Simply seasoned with salt so that you can enjoy the unique sweetness and flavor of the rice.
