"I can't believe how terrible the customer service has been. I ordered three of the medium cases and received two smalls and one medium. . . . . Muji has been entirely unresponsive in terms of trying to fix the situation despite me following their requests for photos and reaching out for updates on my issue multiple times. Walk away and go find somewhere else that will send you what you actually ordered."
