Good, almost great

"This cleaning pole has a beautiful finish and feels great in the hand, encouraging one to clean/tidy more often. The multi-attachment concept is great as well. However, the pole is just a tiny bit short for me (5’11”) and occasionally feels far from ergonomic— longer cleaning sessions feel straining. Another (huge) downside is that the plastic connector is fragile and requires a delicacy that is difficult to manage when you are scrubbing hard to get a stain out. Then you’ll be sad because this beautiful tool loses its utility all because of one under-engineered piece (like me as I write this review)."

AI Ken is a nightmare if something goes wrong

"They ship this separately but under the same fedex tracking. When mine was lost by fedex AI ken could not comprehend even with screen shots. Wasted soooo much time going back and forth till I used the magic word Chargeback. Finally a human sends a replacement- weeks later and after too much headache. Seems Muji does not care about customer service as they also do not have a phone number to call. I love their products but am soured by this experience."
