    "I am a loyal Muji customer for many years. I used many Muji products and it usually very good quality. However, I recently purchased 4 down pillows from Muji to be shipped to Hawaii since there is no Muji in Hawaii. The pillows stink like a wet dog. We had to airdry in the sun but the smell did not go away. We wanted to return the products but there no muji in Hawaii so we tried to contact the customer supports by email and telephone line. No one responsed our email and its been 4 weeks already. We called the customerline many times but the is always busy and could get in into any call or responses. Very bad expericned. I will never buy muji products again!!! Stay away guys !!!"
