    "I bought a similar shirt but different color in Muji London in 2019. I will use it, is my favourite. This new one keeps the quality of the fabric and the design, though the size is a bit smaller."

    a lil snug, but looks sharp

    "I ordered a men's large and I'm 6'1" and 192lbs. Maybe I am starting to push the upper limit of L but this is definitely not a "runs large" shirt. That said, it still fits pretty nicely and the fabric is soft and of seemingly high quality. The dark blue and brown plaid looks sharp. Haven't washed it yet but I will make sure to hang this out to dry so it doesn't shrink. I just bought another (the green and blue plaid)."

    Really Poor Customer Service

    "I placed an order for this shirt for a holiday event and was disappointed to discover that my item had been cancelled without any communication several days later. Finding it odd and now nervous about the timing, I went to the website and was able to place another order for the exact same shirt and again it was cancelled a few days later without any explanation. Now I’m feeling frustrated and without a shirt and my event is only a couple days away. I decided to reach out to customer service for more information and to see if they could help. They told me it’s not their fault that the website is often out of date and they say it’s standard practice to cancel orders they cannot fill… lesson learned: I wouldn’t order from Muji if you actually need what you ordered since they don’t seem to be able to guarantee any of their inventory despite having an order confirmation. No attempt to make the situation better or retain my business. I expected more from any retailer and ended up panicking and buying something last minute. Real bummer"
