Our Ginger Ale Mixer recipe originally comes from a very popular handmade ginger ale made at the St. Cousair restaurant in Nagano, Japan. It has an authentic taste with a slight bitterness, flavored with added grapefruit peel and grated ginger, it can be enjoyed with sparkling water or any of your favorite drinks.
