For twin/single-size beds, choose the Japan standard size of 17 x 25" (43 x 63 cm)

- Please use with a pillowcase.

- Completely dissolve a neutral detergent without a fluorescent whitening agent in lukewarm water cooler than 30°C (86°F) and soak this product. After soaking it, wash on a gentle cycle (soft mode). Rinse completely.

- Since mold, etc. can occur, make sure to dry completely after washing.

- Dry in the shade after arranging the shape.
Store in a place with minimal humidity.

- Dry the product completely before long-term storage.

Terrible: almost no feathers in it

"These pillows used to be nice. But recently (2025) I ordered more, only to find they are now practically flat! Very few feathers in them. (Of course, no returns allowed. ) I'm going to have to cut them open and combine the feathers to make one decent pillow. Shame on Muji!!"

"They are very stinky and bad too flat pillows. I have had to move them outside the house for the past month, and they are still stinky. I tried to return them by contacting customer service, but no one responded to my email for four weeks. I tried to call, but the line was always busy, and there was no response. I was a very loyal Muji customer. I will never go back or buy anything again. Worst customer support ever."

Buyer Be Warned: Smells Awful

"I purchased these pillows for our young child's bedroom. The size is right, but the smell is terrible. For the last few days, I've been airing them out on a drying rack in a well-ventilated corridor. But still, the smell hasn't dissipated. I tried to return them but was told they're final sale! My advice: shop elsewhere. I expect higher-quality products from Muji."
