Great Cushion, Terrible Customer Service

"On August 21st I placed an order for two body fit cushions and two covers. The covers and one cushion came right away. It's October 3rd and I am still waiting for the other cushion and I can't get any information from Muji. I have send a number of emails and, since there is no phone number listed on the website, I called a store for help. Nothing has helped. This is a very frustrating situation."

Where do I buy the body fit cushion cover? Been searching for months. I own the body fit cushion and the cover has wore out. If out of stock, kindly provide measurements so I can get it tailored.
