Decent, Not Great

"I've heard great things about Muji Paper and it being fountain pen friendly. Maybe I got the wrong stuff. This paper is only just barely fountain pen friendly, and only on fine and medium nibs. Extra fine nibs cut the rough surface and cause bleed and feathering, and broad and up put too much ink down, and cause bleed and feathering."

Great B5 size notebook

"Nice B5 size notebook with many lines per page (I hate large non ruled space at top of page which is almost useless that is found in many notebooks) in 6mm width lines (I have no idea why Muji is trying to confuse people with 0. 2 space lines wtf is that as no one uses that archaic measure anymore especially not for width of lines. Do not try to change original description and measures just to appease to American (or should I say English backward measure system)."

Excellent value and quite nice quality

"I use these notebooks for journaling- each one is lightweight, the paper is smooth but not slick, works great with MUJI gel pens, and my other most-used pens, UNI Jetstreams. They lie flat for me (the first and last page is often a little wonky but settles down when smoothed flat). Just a good quality, easily transportable, nice paper journal. I particularly like the narrow spaces between lines, as well as the little tick marks to help you divide top to bottom if so inclined. These have become my default for daily journaling (Yada-type journaling, if you are familiar). I attach a pic of the back of a page with writing on the front; I dislike bleed thru a lot, and this feels very clean. Especially with the light weight, many pages, good quality paper and the super reasonable cost. Highly recommend if these things matter to you."
