    Repellency is poor

    "Wore this jacket twice and I gave up by the second time. One-half of the jacket has significantly inferior repellency and gets wet in seconds where as the rest of the jacket holds itself well. This is such a strange issue. I went to the store here in New York to complain to only hear "that we don't know how you walk". This item was beyond the exchange period so I guess I'm stuck with it. Poor customer service on top of poor product. Stay away."
