"I bought 3 of these bowls in September online, but Muji never sent me the bowl. Despite having sent multiple emails to the customer service line and having called multiple stores, I have neither received the item nor a refund: I absolutely do not recommend purchasing any dishes from Muji, unless you’d like your money taken from you."
