Reviews

absolutely amazing storage container and

"absolutely amazing storage container and perfect for spaces design is super modern it’s so light when it comes in and just perfect for every space without having to look like a lot of clutter or bulky furniture"

— Karen Y. (5/5)

Great product

"The drawer is very smooth, easy to pull. Look very minimalist and chic. Although it's a little hard to get since it's out of stock pretty frequently, it's a really good product."

— Kathryn L. (5/5)

Has Form and Function

"These are sturdy and visually pleasing. I have one set from 3 years ago and one i just bought and they look near identical (i got different sizes). I like the small size for regular clothes, and the large size for bulky winter items and bedding."

— Song W. (5/5)

Good product, horribly packaged

"Just received my order today and was pretty bummed to discover that all four of the drawers I had ordered had either pieces broken off of them or severe cracking. I've already sent off an email to Muji, and my hope is still to get these replaced with four intact drawers, but unless they change something about how they're packaged, I can't see this turning out the best. There's no protection inside the cardboard shipping boxes whatsoever. I'll definitely update my review once everything's said and done, but I've also heard of a lack of initiative with Muji's customer support, so I'll report on that as well."

— Andrew (1/5)

Arrived broken, radio silence from Muji help

"The drawer arrived broken. Based on the condition of the boxes, it was broken prior to shipment. I reached out to Muji customer service to help resolve the situation and I received only an answer from a bot that a human agent would help me. After multiple follow-ups, absolute radio silence. Purchase only with a credit card that provides purchase protection or else you’ll be left holding the bag. As for the drawer, it does not have a mechanism that prevents it from completely sliding out. It is not as noticeable with the other sizes but with the extra wide it’s quite noticeable because it’s not as deep. Once you pull out the drawer enough to take something out, it’s on the verge of falling out and dropping on the floor/your foot. If you’re on the fence of getting a regular drawer with a width of 15/17 or the extra wide of 21. 7, I would recommend the regular drawer instead."

— Jason Y. (1/5)

Amazing quality and asthetic

"Smooth delivery and unpacking process. Great quality and great value."

— Miles B. (5/5)

Expensive but high quality

"Probably the best a sliding plastic drawer can be. It holds it shape, slides very easily, stacks nicely, and looks decent. The box was shipped with reinforced corners on every side. Fedex could throw these things off a building and they’d be fine. Very expensive but probably the best drawers of this style available."

— Jesse (5/5)

Great products

"I use to have the 3 tires plastic drawer from Walmart, and they always hard to pull out, and fall apart. This is totally different than that. Its stable and the size is great too"

— Irene L. (5/5)

Sturdy

"I bought 3 stackable boxes to replace my wobbly sterilite drawers. Very satisfied."

— zhen h. (5/5)

Very nice

"Ordered a ton of these drawers over the years. They’ve always proved useful and they give you closet/cabinet/storage space a nice clean beatify look. Only comment is that the plastic bows a little bit, but it’s never affected how it works."

— Alex Y. (5/5)
