Very Poor Bag

"I love MUJI and purchased this in Tokyo but absolutely do not buy this bag, especially at this price. Many comparable bags at half the price online. I packed it full of clothes (and not even that heavy) and here are the myriad problems: - The velcro trolley loop (for securing it on your luggage handle) is totally ineffective. It needs to be a sleeve. The loop doesn't secure it at all, and this bag rolled off my luggage, toppling over my hard luggage many times as I was walking around Tokyo. - It has zero shape. The pictures make it appear it has some rectangular shape almost like a briefcase, but that is absolutely not the case with this bag. - Because of these two factors, I had to carry this bag around and it's very inconvenient. The loop handles don't have any drop (they're too short) to carry it on your shoulder, and they're too long to carry it like a briefcase."
