Missing items on order

"I ordered for my daughter in late July. Eta on shipping was good but as soon as the order went through, immediately got an email statimg there would be a delay due to the backlog of orders. Then when my items arrived, two things were missing. I sent an email to support and got an automated reply saying please click the 'need more help' option to let them know what items were missing. I replied that there was not a need more help option to choose, sent a screenshot along with my order number and the item numbers that were missing. I never got another reply, nor a replacement of those items, nor a refund for the missing items. I have reported the midding items via their contact us page/email 3 times. No response. The dollar amount was minimal. They were two small items that my daughter wanted/needed for school. The lack of customer service is what bothers me"

good notebooks

"great quality paper and notebook, just the rings tend to dig into my hand a lot (i wish the rings had a blunter edge) and the covers get pretty scuffed up, but to be fair tehy are living for almost a year in my backpack that gets carried around everywhere and these notebooks get taken out like 4x a week, but still the covers get a little scuffed up. I would recommend maybe buying a plastic cover, or cloth notebook cover if you want something more durable. overall though, amazing paper quality, pens never bleed through, there is minimal shadowing on sides, and the notebooks are really slim despite having a lot of paper."
