Delivery process and MUJI customer service is not good

"It was disappointing…this was my first time using online ordering store from MUJI USA and I chose this company because original company is from Japan and I thought it is trustworthy. However I order shelves with this 5 drawers however they only delivered me half parts of the shelves. I sent email for few time to MUJI USA customer service center about my situation but they haven’t reached out to me yet and it’s been already one month… They haven’t reached out me about my missing items but they are asking me to fill out review… It’s very disappointing and hopefully human customer service person (only AI replied me back to me and told me to wait till actual human stuff to be reaching out to me) will reach out me about my missing items as soon as possible."
