A compact umbrella that can also be used as a sun parasol. It reverse collapses into itself to keep the water from dripping on your bag or shoes. When not in use, it can either be folded up compactly, or with the ribs extended. Comes with an umbrella sleeve which allows storage with the handle shortened or elongated. The fastening strap can be buttoned closed both ways for convenience.
