I bought two, one had a stain

"I also bought two cushions, which Muji claimed to have sent together, but I only received one, in a box that could not possibly fit two, that clearly had "QUANTITY: 1" printed on the side. Almost a month later I am still waiting for customer service to acknowledge that this is their mistake and credit me or send me a replacement. I have been a fan of Muji for decades, but I am giving up. The customer service here is SO BAD. I bought a bookshelf a couple months ago and after watching the order sit for weeks without progress, I fought customer service for more weeks before they finally canceled the order and gave me my money back. The cushion is nice, the cover is nice, if you can get it. And without stains."

"I had one 9 years ago and it becomes our favorite spot. I read books with my kid sitting on this couch. Unfortunately when we got out dog two years ago, he’s taken over. And one time he chewed the cover and the insert so badly that it was broken. I have wanted to buy a new one since then. I’m glad I did. We put it in my kid’s bedroom now. He’s been reading books while sitting on this new couch again. The mustard color looks cozy and the material is sturdy. I hope this couch will stay with us for a long time."
