      - The zipper is designed without zipper pull for safety purposes. Use a paper clip, safety pin or string when you need to open the cover.

      - Do not bleach or put this product in the dryer.

      - Use a press cloth when ironing.

      - Do not use a detergent with a fluorescent brightening agent for light-colored products.

      - The cover can be removed for washing.

      - If stained with swear or dirt, wash without delay.

      - Close the zip before washing.

      - Color transfer of dark-colored products may occur during use due to friction and when handling while wet. Wash separately.

      - Do not hold the iron in the same position.

      I bought two, one had a stain

      "I also bought two cushions, which Muji claimed to have sent together, but I only received one, in a box that could not possibly fit two, that clearly had "QUANTITY: 1" printed on the side. Almost a month later I am still waiting for customer service to acknowledge that this is their mistake and credit me or send me a replacement. I have been a fan of Muji for decades, but I am giving up. The customer service here is SO BAD. I bought a bookshelf a couple months ago and after watching the order sit for weeks without progress, I fought customer service for more weeks before they finally canceled the order and gave me my money back. The cushion is nice, the cover is nice, if you can get it. And without stains."
