Horrible SPIRAL replacement rolls.

"Previous replacements rolls had a straight perforated tear edge on each sheet and it was so easy to find the start of the next sheet. For some reason I received different replacement rolls that unwinds in a spiral. I struggled several times for at least a half hour each time, trying to figure out how to find the END of this new SPIRAL TEAR SHEET! No luck… I’ve given up and I’m stuck with 8 rolls of SPIRAL replacement rolls. Sooooo exasperating. Why would you change a good thing to something UNUSABLE? I loved the original so much. It worked perfectly. Now I’m stuck with 8 replacement rolls for the new complete set I ordered, with the handle and cover which, by the way, for some reason, came with the original perforated straight tear edge that actually works! What a ridiculous thing to do!"

Still need refills!

"As other have mentioned, great product, but refills are never available. I wish MUJI US made it possible to see their entire catalog, even when items are out of stock. Then, we would at least know which products to make requests for. I have a 2 rolls left, but soon, I won't be able to use this anymore. I email MUJI fairly often when an item I want is out-of-stock per their FAQ recommendations, but I never receive replies, which is quite frustrating for anyone who lives in a state with no in-person store and can only rely on the web inventory."

Please sell refills!

"Joining in to plead alongside everyone else– I LOVE this and use it literally every day, but I have to proxy purchase the refills from Japan a couple times a year because the US store doesn't sell them! Please please PLEASE find a way to have them permanently in-stock on the US side we are BEGGING you!!"
