    Handles are TOO SHORT!

    "It's beautifully designed, very elegant and simple, and it fits nicely in a carry-on bag if you are traveling and need to take along a convenient shopping bag. BUT it is intensely uncomfortable to use, as the handles are far too short. I am 5 feet tall, and I don't understand how anyone over maybe 4' 7" can comfortably use it. What a pity, because I really love the design and utility of the bag otherwise. I suppose I will use it for storage in my house."

    Wheels failed after 1 year hate to waste

    "I love the size of the cart. Because its about the right size for me to carry up steps when needed. (ie the volume matches my weight carrying capacity). It lasted approximately 1 year. Now the wheels keep turning so I have to stop walking and try to realign them. Essentially the folding wheel feature has failed. I agree that the handles would be better longer for pulling, but they seem right when the bag has to be lifted on steps."
