Zero heft, but I suspect

"Zero heft, but I suspect it is by design. I am a huge fan of the form factor. Very compact to keep in my crossbody bag at all times for writing emergencies like signatures, quick annotations, fringe notes, etc. This is NOT an all-day everyday writing utensil; after using it for a couple of weeks I can say that the lack of heft and ergonomics do not suit it for sustained writing. When the cap (SUPER tactile and very affirmative/secure) is on the top of the utensil it is just like any other pen and the form factor is comfortable--but for only light, intermittent use as stated previously. I would not use it without the cap, personally, because my hands are a bit larger and not as comfortable without it. Overall, a great little design that I enjoy using on-the-go in lieu of my other Muji gel pens that don't hide themselves in my bag or pockets at all like this lil guy."
