A sour and spicy soup with the sourness of tomato and rice black vinegar, and the aroma of sesame oil. Premade with plenty of freeze-dried ingredients such as bamboo shoots, eggs, and tomatoes.

Freeze-drying is one of the best ways to retain nutrients while preserving color, flavor and structure. As well as having a longer preserving time.

How to make

Put the soup cube into a bowl/cup and add 5.4 fl oz (160 mL) of hot water.
Let sit for 1 minute and stir in between to mix.

CAUTION: Please be careful while handling hot water to prevent burning.
