Wide hakama pants based on the traditional Japanese outfit. Simplified into a design that is easy to move around in and can be worn everyday. Made from a lightweight double-layered material with just the right thickness.Ā Sitting at ankle length with an A-line shape, the legs gradually widen from top to bottom, creating a relaxed, yet elevated silhouette that is flattering on everyone.Ā 

Note: Thread is sewn to the bottom of the pants to keep the pleats organized while being transported. Please remove them before your first wear.

    "Comfortable and look great. I like the cut a lot. I wish the fabric was different. Polyester is probably very practical and holds the shape well but it doesn’t feel as good as natural fabrics to the skin. I have a similar cut pants made with bamboo blend which feels much nicer but the pants are heavier and get wrinkled a bit more easily. Overall a great buy."

    "I like the way that the pleats laid but you definitely need to take to the dry cleaners in order to keep the structure of the pants. I wasn't the biggest fan for the feeling of the fabric but they are thick and durable so it was worth the purchase. I highly recommend purchasing for fall and winter wear, not very breathable in the summer or warm weather."

    "They are so comfy and very airy in the summer. Pleats stay after a wash but I still steam a little after air drying. Tempted to get another pair. The length is perfect on me (5’4) — hits ankle but can be worn longer or shorter depending on the waist rise. I got small (26 waist usually) and it is a bit loose but true to size"

    Don't size up lmao

    "I like wearing loose fitting clothing so although I normally wear a size XXS/XS in American brands (0 in Snidel) I bought a S after worrying I'd gained weight and yeah that was a mistake but it's my fault. They're very comfortable but I wish they came in more fashionable colors like mauve, pastel pink, or powder blue. I am pretty confused about this on the cuff though—I ordered two colors and it's on both so I get that it's probably to maintain the silhouette, but why isn't it on the inside of the pants or at least a similarly colored thread?"
