Item never arrived

"I placed my order on 8/16/2025. I never received a shipping notice, despite contacting customer service twice. It's now 9/25 and half of my order has arrived (sans shipping notice), but these shelves have not (rendering the items that have arrived useless, as they attach to/insert into this shelf). After logging onto the website, I see that my order for these shelves has been cancelled. I was never notified of this cancellation so I have no idea when it happened. The item is still in stock online so who knows why it was cancelled. A phone call to a local Muji store proved unhelpful, too. Shame on Muji. This is not the experience I expected from a (once) respected store."
