"I ordered 2 of these shelves. I owned one previously and it works really well. However even after spending $160 on shipping these two units, I received one damaged box. The damaged box was missing 2 shelves. I've tried repeatedly to get a solution from customer service but still no word about getting replacement shelves. If you buy this, don't get it shipped I guess."
