Miss screws and slow response

"They changed over $100 for delivery. The shelf was sent with 4 screws missing and it’s difficult to find substitutes as they are in Japanese standards. The contact number is fake. MUJI didn’t respond to our email until ONE MONTH later and offered $20 to let us buy those from hardware store. No customer service at all. I will never purchase anything from MUJI USA."

Low quality and broken the second day

"Extremely fragile and entirely broken received the second day. The wooden parts are easily chipped and the steel part is malshaped. The customer support refused to issue refund nor replacement. Worst quality and customer service ever received. Do not recommend."
