My favorite compact scissors

"These little scissors are my favorite both at home and while travelling. They're long enough to be useful but small enough to toss into a dopp kit without worrying about poking holes during transport. I particularly like being able to use them with one hand. No need to remove a cover or fold them open. I'm very sad that these are no longer in stock. I would really like to purchase three more."

Annoying issue

"Very nice except sometimes when you open it the sliding handle sometimes slides back into it's "closed" position even though its open. I don't know if this damages the scissor but I would've preferred if there was someway to keep it from doing this anyway. Still an excellent portable scissor though."

Love these travel scissors! Read for TSA tip

"I have been looking for travel scissors ever since I lost mine. I'm not a fan of the folding ones because I find them awkward. I love these because I can put it in my purse or pencil bag. NOTE - If you plan on taking these on a plane, do not lock them. TSA will stop you because they look like a blade when locked, but they look like scissors in the unlocked position."

Not what I thought

"I bought it thinking that the blade can be retracted into the shaft of the handles; I remember an older design used to do that. This one works but because the blade still sticks out is a bit harder to bring around"
