    Very disappointed

    "I bought as a set sale (cushion with its cover for 200$) on Black Friday sale. They sent me the cushion, and didn’t send me the cover. I reached out to customer service, emailed two or three times, I was not at all sure they’d respond at all. They did though, told me that the cover is unavailable. I checked the website, and found that it is. If I wanted to keep the cushion at all, I’d have to buy the cover at the now higher price and pay for the shipping. I feel this is really a bad experience because it took so long for them to ship and respond and then you had to deal with this issue. It leaves you no choice but to buy the cover or return the cushion, both of these choice is a lot of trouble."

    Price reduction ($81) within less of one week

    "I purchased a set (cushion and cover) online, noticed a significant price reduction ($81) within "less than one week" of my online order. Reached out to the customer service immediately, and was basically told that "it's just too bad for you" (in a nicer way & longer words). I am very disappointed by such customer service of Muji as this response is discouraging me from making any future purchase. Lesson learned: Wait for a discount here and there, and you will save hundreds of dollars at Muji. You will thank yourself later. This is related to online order 1031004778 placed on 02Oct2025."

    Excellent Cushion - comfortable and relaxing

    "This body fit cushion has met all expectations. It is very comfortable. At first, there was a strong smell. But it went away quickly. You need to let it air out. Also, the design is smart. There is no tag with the zipper. You need a safety lin to attach to zip it up. When you remove it, it is locked. It does prevent accidental opening."
