- Color transfer of dark-colored products may occur during use due to friction and when handling while wet. Wash separately.

- Due to the characteristics of the material, stuffing fibres may come out through the seams, etc. Be careful as pressure from kneading or beating will cause it to come out more easily.

- Please note that due to the nature of this material, scuffing or pilling may occur.

- Do not use a detergent with a fluorescent brightening agent for light-colored products.

- Use a laundry net.

- When machine washing, fully immerse the product in water in the tub before washing.

- It is recommended to air-dry the product by hanging on a clothesline or laying on a drying rack in an area with ample sunlight and ventilation.

- When it is difficult to dry the product, use of a tumble dryer is recommended.

- Caution: Avoid spin-drying for over three minutes as this can cause the filling to come out.

- Do not use with oil or alcohol, such as cosmetics or hair styling agents, etc., adhered. Doing so may cause color fading due to friction or color transfer due to contact with other surfaces.

The best purchase ever! (And how I wash it)

"I've wanted to get this cushion for a long time because I saw it in a store, and it felt so soft and comfortable. I hesitated to get it because it's so soft, and I thought it wouldn't last long. (I was wrong). I've struggled to find the right pillow for sleeping; they are either too low, too flat, or too high, which hurts my neck. When I finally got my hands on this cushion, it felt like sleeping on an amazing soft cloud. It supported my neck so wonderfully that I ended up buying three more to help with my back, as I sleep on my side a lot. I place one between my legs to help straighten my back because I have back problems. I highly recommend it to everyone! HOW I WASH IT: First and foremost, wash the cushion alone; do not combine it with other clothes. The best option is to wash it with another identical cushion. Place the cushion inside a laundry net or mesh bag to protect its shape and reduce agitation (it's also okay to wash it without it). Select the gentle/delicate cycle with a short wash time. Use a gentle detergent (no bleach; I used the white bottle Tide one) and the coldest water setting. For drying, pat the cushions first to help spread the cotton and prevent clumping, then put them in the delicate cycle. This has helped me so much to avoid the cotton getting together!"
