    "Very nicely build, solid strainer, alone the smaller sizes stacked well in the matching bowels Very space efficient. Just tossed all others in my cupboard. I can place the cut meat in the strainer then the matching stainless steel bowl covered in Saran wrap. The meat, especially vacuum packed meat, can stay in the fridge for days without drying and able to drain excess liquid that makes cooked food yucky. I used the smallest one most often, one lb ground meat fits perfectly in the strainer"
