"This product doesn’t have a lot of reviews. I ordered this in January of 2026 and it arrived without issue. The other review mentioned missing parts and I think I could see how that could’ve happened. Some of the screws are sealed in a brittle blister pack that easily breaks and lets the screws roll around loose in the box. If the box tears open in transit, then those pieces can easily fall out. My order arrived with all parts included but I do think there’s room for improvement on the packaging. The heavy steel can easily tear the cardboard in the current packaging solution."
