- Water repellency will gradually get lost by washing or cleaning.

- Due to the nature of this material, nap may stick to other items during wear. Please brush it off or remove it with tape.

- The touch screen does not respond to fingers other than the thumb, the index finger or the middle finger.

- The touch screen response may differ depending on the model and operating environment.

- The screen protector etc. on the touch screen may cause lower response. Also, scuffing may cause lower response.

- Be careful, because items you hold might slip out of your hands in the same way as when wearing regular gloves.

- Do not perform electrical operations when wearing touch screen gloves.

- Do not touch hot objects while wearing the gloves, as burning may occur.

- When storing, dry well after cleaning. If using insecticide, do not mix different types of insecticide.

One of the worst online shopping experiences

"I’ve been a huge fan of MUJI because of its products. However this past purchase has been exceptional bad. The first order was placed in early December 2023 but the package was returned to sender without any notifications. I reached out to the customer service for an explanation and they then advised that the package was damaged. I placed a second replacement order and the same thing happened again. I was only offered a replacement order after customer service ignored my inquiry again for two weeks. I finally received the replacement order weeks later only to find out that it was an incomplete order without any partial refunds for items left out of the package. The level of attention to customer care is frankly embarrassing."

"I have a chilblain on my hands. These gloves are the best ones that I have ever purchased to warm up my hands. It is thick but flexible enough to grab or swipe. I reordered multiple sets for myself in the medium. For reference, I'm 103lb/ 5'2".Medium fits perfectly."

"Make sure to get the large even if you think your hands are relatively small or thin. The medium is a bit tight on me, wearable but not ideal, and the palm part is a bit short, even though in gloves I typically wear S when not one size."
