Broken bowls make me unhappy

"Beware Muji no longer packs things the Japanese way. In fact, it looks like they now outsource fulfillment. Everything is thrown in the box with little packing. My bowls arrived broken. I've been trying to reach Muji customer service for six weeks, but they do not respond. This is really sad because I've received 50+ shipments over the past ten years with no problems and the last two shipments had broken merchandise."

Great Quality Bowls

"Got the medium and the large square bowls. Use medium mainly for side dishes or desserts and the large is a good size for breakfast. As usual, Japanese craftsmanship is great although they did sent me 1 scratched up but customer service took care of that. Will definitely buy more in future."
