[What is Hemp]

  • Hemp is a natural fiber that can be cultivated with minimal environmental impact. It needs little to no irrigation and uses less fertilizer than other crops.
  • We use hemp treated with UV ray shielding, so it is highly effective at blocking 80% of UV rays.

100% Hemp

- Color transfer of dark-colored products may occur during use due to friction and when handling while wet. Wash separately.

- Nap may fall off and stick to other things when the product is used or washed. Wash separately from other items.

- Nap may become more likely to fall off if fabric softener is used.

- Due to the nature of this material, nap may stick to other items during wear. Please brush it off or remove it with tape.

- Do not wash in a washing machine. Follow the following directions:
1. Wash gently with a pressing motion and without kneading in warm water of 40 °C or less, using a neutral detergent (2 minutes)
2. Rinse gently with a pressing motion and without kneading (2 minutes)
3. Without allowing to soak, spin dry in a washing machine (Approx. 15–30 seconds)
4. Reshape and lay out flat to dry.

- Blocks over 80% of UV light (treated with UV ray shielding). Effectiveness is confirmed to be the same after being washed 10 times as directed. The UV cut effect varies depending on the colour and pattern of the fabric. The UV cut effect may decrease when used outdoors for a long time.

Tips to Keep Linen & Hemp Looking Great

Washing

Linen and hemp strengthen when damp, allowing frequent machine washing. Avoid bleach and fluorescent agents to preserve fibers and color.

Drying

Linen and hemp fibers have hollow cores that absorb and expel moisture, so hanging them in a well-ventilated place allows them to dry in no time.

Ironing

When ironing, start from the reverse side to remove any small wrinkles before ironing the front with greater force. Iron over a cloth if you are worried about damaging the fabric or leaving shiny stripes behind.

Storage

Linen and hemp products are best stored in dry, cool spots. Avoid storing in plastic bags to prevent mold, and wrap in paper to keep dust away.
