- A favorite among my collectionI don’t normally write reviews, but this pen has, over the years become one of my favorites of all time.
I own about 3 of them, as I continued to purchase when the ink ran out before realizing they do sell refills. I didn’t think I could find a refill for the type of tip that it uses, but apparently is available if you call certain stores. I wish it was a little more accessible and apparent to buy refills.
The design is sleek and attractive. I like the weight of it that feels durable and comfortable. The price is high for a pen, but it feels expensive. While I don't do fountain pens, I do have expensive pens by other Japanese stationary brands, and I still prefer this guy sometimes. I use it to journal for long periods of time, this is my favorite pen of my collection for that purpose.
The ink is clean and I've never had problems with it. Some inks are dried or inconsistent, I’ve never had a problem with this one. It doesn’t smear or bleed. Your standard ballpoint with a nice, precise tip.
I am a stationary fiend, and this simple minimalist pen is still one of my favorites of many by various Japanese brands like JETSTREAM by Uni among other drafting pens and pencils. If you don't mind the initial cost, I recommend it and purchasing refills.
- great but to expensiveei loved the touch and the color to it
