Tsukisamu Smooth Red Bean Paste Anpan

This is a Japanese sweet made of smooth bean paste made from 100% Hokkaido red beans wrapped in a thin dough.

The dough is firm and savory! The sweet bean paste inside is also light and sweet, making it a crispy and easy-to-eat bean bun. It is a traditional sweet of Hokkaido.
