Care Instructions:
1. If sagging is noticeable:
Set your water heater to 108°F (42°C) to 122°F (50°C) and apply hot water from the shower to the sagging area. Avoid using water over 124°F (51°C), as it may degrade the quality.

2. For odor or stain maintenance:
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water using a showerhead. For heavy stains, use a diluted neutral detergent.

For both 1 and 2: After rinsing, thoroughly wring out excess water and air-dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

- When drying the product, do not use a hair dryer. Keep away from heating appliances, or other objects that can become hot. Heat can cause deformation or performance degradation of the inner material.

- Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer when washing. Doing so may cause damage.

- Use a pillow case when using the product.

- Always use the included cover first, then place a pillowcase over it before use.

- To wash the included cover, place it in a laundry net and wash it in your home washing machine.

- Due to the characteristics of the material, it may initially feel firm and too high. With continued use, it will gradually adjust and conform to the correct head height.

- Due to the characteristic of the material, the shape of the inner material may change gradually depending on how the load is applied.

- Due to the characteristic of the material, the polyethylene fiber may become frayed through use or washing. In such a case, push the thread ends inside. Be careful not to snag the polyethylene fiber.

- Due to the characteristic of the material, the firmness of the product may slightly change according the temperature change. It may feel soft when the temperature is high, and firm when the temperature is low.
