Awful. Just awful

"Do not buy this product. Contacted customer support after receiving my packages and half of the pieces were missing. They said they would follow up and it’s been three weeks. I have also followed up four times with no response at all with each shelf costing over $700 this is Unacceptable. Saying that this is a Japanese company I am absolutely appalled and shocked at the level of inexistent customer service. I feel completely scammed of over $1500 at this point."
