We use it every day.My husband is a chef. He loves this little pot I purchased from a recommendation. Hot kettled water with 1/2 to 1 lemon fresh squeezed juice and a touch of good quality honey in the pot. pieces of fresh cut ginger in the screen. let it sit for a minute or so. lovely ginger tea. perfect for two.

perfect size for one personI had to get two because the first one arrived shattered, but still it was worth the wait. I love this for brewing tea for just myself or one other person. It's a nice size and is a really elegant shape. Very high quality as well
