Return policies apply to any merchandises purchased from MUJI Online Store USA Limited.

General 30 Days Policy

Merchandise purchased from http://www.muji.us/store/ can be return or exchange within 45 days of delivery. All return merchandise must be in original packaging, unused with original tag.
Customer must notify our customer service at online@muji.com within 7 days of arrival if package found with visible damages or missing merchandise for full refund.


Refund Policy

All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement.
Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
Products such as but not limited to below list are considering as FINAL SALES and will not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Furniture (mattress, sofa...etc)
  • Innerwear (bra, boxers...etc)
  • Food & Beverage

Clearance products are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange.


Exchange Policy

An exchange is only eligible for certain merchandise. Merchandise can only be exchanged into different color/size with the same price in the same style. If an exchange is not eligible, a refund will be processed instead.


Online purchase cannot be return/exchange in physical stores. Package must be sent to the return department for the refund.
Customer needs to send the return merchandise by insured, traceable mail offered by FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of this invoice, and send to:

FAQ

Q: Why can't I find my order?
A: Make sure you enter full 9 digit Order# (Not invoice#) and delivery zipcode. If your order is over 30days of purchase or only contains not returnable product, you will not be able to print the label.

Q: Why can't I find the product option?
A: Some product such as furniture or food are not returnable. If an item is not returnable, it will not be eligible to select when priting label.

Q: When will I get the refund?
A: Your refund will be posted to your original payment account 3-5 business days after package arrive at our warehouse. You may track your return package at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html with your tracking number. If you did not receive creditmemo (refund receipt) please reach out to us at: https://www.muji.us/store/contact/
